put on your favorite song and come to lie on your side.
place the top hand on the mat in front of your face and wrap the bottom arm around your body.
draw your shoulders away from your ears, press evenly into your hand, and press your body up off the floor.
move on the beat of the song and when the mind gets involved, talk to it. listen to what it tells you when you are uncomfortable, when you are in the midst of change.
and then talk back to it.
begin to press harder through a flat hand into the floor,
use some sound to let the tension move and
bust through that "give up wall."
work until you can't anymore, and then do 8 more.
rest. switch sides and repeat.
see, there is so much untapped strength in there.
