The Class is a 65 or 75-minute cathartic movement experience. Through simple, repetitive calisthenics and plyometrics, participants challenge the body to engage the mind. With guided instruction and carefully curated music, this class invites students to witness their resistance to discomfort.  The result is an expansive, heart-opening, body-strengthening release.  This class will challenge and enlighten you all while building an incredibly strong, lean, resilient body.

The Class Cardio is a 45-minute non-stop endorphin surge. This cardio-blasting, soul-shaking class combines toning, aerobic, and anaerobic training all set to fresh, new heart-pumping music. You will quickly reach and surpass your physical and mental limits to reveal a new endorphin-firing, empowered body.

The Class Light is a 65-minute softened, low-impact version of our signature Class. With specific attention to alignment and technique, you will safely move and flush the system of heaviness and tension. This fitness experience is a great introduction to The Class method - perfect for beginners, those with injuries, new mothers and mothers-to-be.

The Class + Restore is a 90-minute refreshing movement experience. The fiery intensity and cathartic release of our signature Class will be followed by 30 minutes of deeply restorative yoga and meditation. Sealing your practice with this extended offering will balance you and drop you deep into rest and repose. You will leave with all the tools needed to move forward with clarity, intention and a strong sense of self.

The Class Stress Free is 20-minute nosweat option for those who want to efficiently clear the mind of chaos and the body of heaviness. We move, shake and contract to surge endorphins and then seal the practice with breathing and meditation in order to connect back to oneself. You will leave feeling clear, grounded and creative. This Class is perfect for those who feel disconnected, want to open their intuitive pathways or fine tune themselves.

The Class Prenatal is a vigorous yet safe fitness experience for mothers-to-be. Specially designed to prepare the body and mind for childbirth, this class allows you to exert safely while flushing the system of heaviness and tension. Specific attention is given to each participant before and throughout the movement practice. Low-impact cardio, pelvic floor exercises and deep breath work are woven into the traditional framework of The Class. The journey of contraction and expansion is explored in order to find peace through strength.  [PRIVATE SESSIONS + WORKSHOPS ONLY]
