A B O U T   L I N D S A Y

Ever inspired by art and the connection of others, Lindsay studied Art History at The University of Notre Dame before coming to New York City to immerse herself in the nuances of public relations. Here, she settled in and found daily peace with a deep dive into yoga, a practice through which she experienced profound connection with herself and others. As her love for the practice grew, Lindsay realized that intentional movement grants one the power to undo old habits, heal trauma, shed tired stories, and navigate life anew with a bit more ease, grace, and joy.

When it became clear that she was constantly adjusting her work schedule to accommodate her yoga schedule, she knew it was time for teacher training. Over the past eight years, Lindsay has studied with Jivamukti Yoga School and Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee at Yoga Shanti.

Lindsay continued to find refuge, inquiry, and inspiration as a student and teacher of yoga; but in the summer of 2014 when she first stepped in to The Class by Taryn Toomey, she discovered a fire she didn't know existed. The Class's powerful and elegant methodology expedited the journey that yoga practice slowly revealed to her years ago. The Class has gifted her a whole new modality for growth, healing, and transformation and has propelled her to see and experience life with newfound and ever-growing levels of courage, strength, and clarity.

As a teacher, Lindsay guides students to cultivate a feeling of freedom and an awareness of their own radiance, strength, and ability. Lindsay is thrilled and humbled to be teaching The Class by Taryn Toomey and sharing this life-changing practice with others.
