Born and raised in Boston, MA Erin has been moving to the beat her entire life. Much of her childhood was spent in the dance studio where she trained rigorously at Boston Ballet School. In college she shifted her love of movement to yoga where she deepened her interest in the mind-body connection as well as the spiritual aspects of the practice. Upon graduation she moved to New York City and decided to turn her love of fitness into a career. In addition to teaching at the class she is a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and indoor cycling instructor at SoulCycle.

Erin discovered the class organically through a recommendation, and after her first experience she knew it was something so unique. The focus on introspection, the stories we tell ourselves, and the patterns we come back to - all activated through physical movement. It was and continues to be more than just fitness. Every day you step on to the mat you learn something different. There is no requirement for it to be good or bad - it just has to be real.

Erin's classes are athletic and uplifting with a strong emphasis on musicality. She also believes in the medicinal power of humor. Her goal is to create a safe space for all humans to move when there is something to shift, laugh when it's funny, cry when it's sad, sing when they know the words, and just let their internal world be expressed without judgement.
