DIRECTOR OF BRAND PARTNERSHIPS : NYC (FULL TIME)

We're currently seeking a Director of Brand Partnerships to join our team in our NYC headquarters.  The ideal candidate has proven success in developing brand partnerships, managing events from contracts to catering to closing, understanding current digital landscapes and maintaining a network of relevant relationships. Is this you? 

MUST HAVE:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in sales, events, brand marketing
• Highly organized, particularly with event specifics (budgets, time management, coordination with venues, vendors and partners)
• Proven relationship development and business acumen in relevant fitness, fashion, beauty or music industries
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck, collaborative start-up office setting
• Driven, motivated team playerVisual understanding of the brand; passion for aesthetics
• Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, & digital)
• Proven success in high pressure situations

NICE TO HAVE: 

• Track record experiencing The Class by Taryn Toomey in the TriBeCa studio and elsewhere
• Management experience
• Fluency in social media, influencer marketing and public relations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support, manage and develop expansion of current brand partnerships
• Curate, respond and coordinate large number of incoming partnership requests
• Work with senior management on developing new opportunities across all business verticals (studio, beauty, fashion, global expansion)
• Connect and build relationships with relevant hospitality concierge and wellness directors
• Collaborate with marketing, PR and social media teams to ensure fulfillment of brand commitments 
• Build The Class by Taryn Toomey in-studio opportunities
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure legal and financial compliancy
• Manage all event production: budgeting, venue research, walkthroughs, teacher scheduling, AV, on-site client management, run of show and timeliness, brand standard quality control
• Lead corporate outreach program
• Backstop all business development and support senior management in various efforts to maintain and grow the loyal The Class by Taryn Toomey community 


HR, OFFICE, & FINANCE MANAGER : NYC (FULL TIME)

We are looking for someone with experience running the day-to-day operations of a small but Mighty office, including its basic financial functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced start-up and be inspired by the energy and passion around them.

MUST BE:

• Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Be an advocate of Company initiatives
• Understand The Class by Taryn Toomey’s business, values, and culture. Use our mission and principles to guide recommendations and decision-making
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability
• Experience managing one or more people
• Minimum two-years' experience working in an equivalent role
• Proficient knowledge and experience using computer systems including QuickBooks and G Suite
• Accounting, management and or HR experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with leaders and managers on talent and organization issues and provide guidance and coaching as appropriate
• Advise leaders and managers; work with them to manage and resolve performance and employee relations issues
• Onboard/coach/guide new employees in a supportive manner
• Process new hires, employee changes, terminations, and benefits administration
• Formulate offer letters for Studio Support Staff
• Provide service to all employees regarding questions/ concerns with payroll and benefits; coordinate resolution with Benefit Representatives on an ongoing basis
• Track employee training, time off, and compliance
• Maintain a library of literature relating to personnel policies and regulations; safety program and regulations; training materials; and job descriptions
• Act as liaison with corporate business partners: Payroll Provider, Insurance Brokers, Accountants, Bookkeepers and Landlords
• Process all invoices for vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy of payment, terms, required approvals
• Assist in collections on accounts receivables
• Tracking and managing contract and vendor management
• Oversee corporate card use
• Handle all vendor inquiries and vendor account analysis
• Perform other accounting/bookkeeping functions as required
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Coordinate and analyze insurance policies & manage renewals
• Organize and manage office operations, supplies and procedures


STUDIO SUPPORT STAFF : NYC (PART TIME)

We're in search of highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to all aspects of our client experience and growing community. Our front desk staff will work closely with the Studio Manager and Executive Team in an inspiring, fun work environment to ensure that clients are happy and the studio remains immaculate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about wellness and The Class
• Outgoing, friendly, nature with a great attitude
• Detail oriented, organized, reliable
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative for problem solving with confidence
• Able to handle retail operations
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must work cohesively in team environment
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have flexible availability (weekday early morning, weekday evening, weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet, check-in, and welcome clients for class
• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to clients
• Clean and prep studio, including mats, floors, and mirrors
• Clean, prep, and stock common areas, including bathrooms, locker area, front desk, and office
• Support instructors with class setup, breakdown, or client questions
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions regarding The Class method, schedule, retail offerings
• Assist Studio Manager and other staff member with daily studio tasks, checklists, and projects
• Report any questions or issues to Studio Manager in timely manner
• Help keep track of inventory and supplies
• Assist Studio Manager with training of new front desk staff
• Help maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere for The Class


TRADE STAFF : LA (PART TIME)

We're in search of highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to all aspects of our client experience. Our trade staff will work closely with our Teachers and Director of LA, Operations in an inspiring, fun work environment to ensure that clients are happy and our studios remain immaculate.
